Our highly qualified therapists and supportive staff offer a broad range of services that include: Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Hand Therapy, Orthopedic Rehab, Sports Medicine Training and Rehab, Vertigo and Vestibular Rehab, Balance and Fall Risk Assessments, Industrial Testing, Functional Capacity Evaluations, Ergonomic Assessments, Wellness Assessments and Education, Nutritional Consultations, Advanced Formulated Nutritional Supplements, Laser Smoking Cessation and Laser Weight Management.
At your first appointment, our therapists will take the time to get to know you and discuss your medical needs. They will perform a comprehensive evaluation and gather information to make a customized plan for you. Please bring any MRIs, X-rays, or test results related to your problem if in your possession.
Our hours of operation are 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday thru Friday.
We request that you show up to your initial appointment at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time to complete the necessary paperwork. However, if you utilize and complete the forms as available on this website or by email you can arrive 15 minutes early. Each appointment is essential to your recovery, but if you need to cancel, please notify us as promptly as possible so we can reschedule your visit.
